Meet Our Team
The team at Bridge Loan Financial has over 50 years of combined experience in real estate lending, finance, asset management, acquisition, entitlement, construction, residential and commercial development, real estate law, engineering, architecture, accounting, and financial services. We have directly placed and managed over $400 million in real estate and investment transactions. Our broad base of skills and hands-on approach enable Bridge Loan Financial to recognize and offer well-underwritten lending opportunities and investments. Our experience, reliability, and proven success have helped us build a growing network of repeat borrowers, brokers, and satisfied lenders. We look forward to working with you.
Mr. Hart is the founder of Bridge Loan Financial bringing over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, portfolio and risk management, financial services, capital markets, sales leadership, real estate finance, asset management, residential and commercial development, architectural design, and mechanical engineering. Previously, as a principal of real estate development companies, he managed the acquisition, financing, entitlement, development, and management of multi-family residential properties and for sale housing projects throughout California. Formerly he held executive positions at investment and insurance firms; Prudential, Providian, Aegon, and Jackson National Life.
Mr. Hart holds a B.S. degree in architectural engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
Prior to joining Bridge Loan Financial as Director of Operations, Ms. Behrens had over 25 years of public accounting experience. She practiced at Haskell & White LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP, focusing principally on tax and business consulting. She served clients in a variety of industries, working significantly with real estate organizations.
Ms. Behrens holds a B.S. degree in Economics-Business from The University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Taxation from The University of Southern California. She is a licensed certified public accountant, a member of AICPA and CalCPA, and a member of Philanthropic Education Organization International.
