Description: Outside sales position focused on the origination of new loan opportunities. Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree, a California real estate sales license, and have 5+ years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.
Loan Processor

Location: Newport Beach, CA
Description: The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately managing residential and commercial real estate loan documentation through our established systems and reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full and complies with current regulations and policies. Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree and have 2+ years of loan processing experience.
Underwriter
Company: Bridge Loan Financial, Inc.
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Description: The ideal applicant will have experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including construction and the use of rental properties. As a portfolio lender, our lending strategy is more asset-driven than the credit-driven approach commonly used by banks. Therefore, we are looking for an underwriter who takes a holistic approach to his or her job. Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree and have 2+ years of underwriting experience.
Marketing Coordinator

Description: In-house position in charge of all aspects of marketing. Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree and have 2+ years of marketing and communications experience. Knowledge of financial and/or the real estate industry is a plus. Required computer skills include: Microsoft Excel, WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
